Cascade Facility Services has been around for over 25 years.
Providing quality, value and reliability service throughout California. Eugene Klochkoff, our founder, launched the company to originally service institutional, large-box retail and commercial facilities in their cooling tower, water treatment and related systems services. We proudly note many name brand relationships which we have served for many years.
Desiring to provide a wider range of services to our customers, Cascade acquired General Maintenance division of Trammell Crow (formerly known as the Mobile Maintenance Group). This division offering commercial construction, remodeling, repair services and facilities maintenance services has become what is now known as Cascade Facility Services.
Cascade long list of clients include: See’s Candies, Wells Fargo Bank, California Bank and Trust, Orange County Credit Union, Lindora and Famous Dave’s, just to mention a few.

Cascade Services was founded on a platform of experienced professionals with over 25 years’ experience as a licensed building contractor, our leadership team is well versed in the unique and challenging needs of banking, restaurant, retail and commercial facilities. In July of 2017, Delta Tech Service, Inc. acquired Cascade Facility allowing Cascade to grow into new areas of the State of California.
